Kirk Session:

The Church has forty nine elders, of which twenty five are ladies and twenty four are men. The Session meets once a month on a Tuesday evening.

The Session commences with devotions, a hymn followed by a Bible reading and a prayer. Then the business of the Church is discussed - the treasurer's report, the property convenor's report and the halls report. The Session then considers the dates of special services, visiting of elders and all the many aspects of running a busy Church.

Each Church organisation has two elders responsible for at least an annual visit, these reports may be discussed. In addition the Presbytery report will be heard, youth outreach could be discussed, training for elders and more.
